Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
The interested Party has the right to obtain information about:
a) origin of personal data;
b) purpose and means of treatment;
c) logic used in case of treatment by means of electronic devices;
d) identification details of the owner, managers and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) individuals or categories of individuals to whom the personal data might be communicated, or who might get to know them as representative appointed in the territory of the State, as responsible or in charge.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, correction or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which need not be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b), as well as their contents, have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right being safeguarded.
The interested party has the right to object to, in whole or in part:
a) for valid reasons, the treatment of his/her personal data, although relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) the treatment of his/her personal data in order to send advertising material, to execute direct commercial operations, or carry out market research and commercial communication.
Upon receipt of information from the data controller according to article 13 of Directive 196/2003, the undersigned grants his/her consent to the treatment of personal data for the purposes indicated in the above disclosure.
